Job Description

The Coyle Group, a boutique commercial insurance brokerage, is seeking a full or part-time fully remote commercial account manager to join their growing team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience.
• A P&C insurance license in their home state.
• High School or equivalent.

What we’re looking for:

• Bright, energetic individuals who can work independently as well as be part of a team.
• The ability to engage with clients electronically and by phone to fulfill their requests and answer their questions.
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 – experience with AMS360 a plus.
• Commercial Insurance coverage knowledge
• The desire to help people and for continued learning.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of small business accounts including processing renewals, issuing Certificates, making changes, answering billing questions.
• Work with the principal/producer on new business including assisting with the management of the pipeline, quote deadlines, follow ups, etc.
• Work with other teammates on overflow work which occurs from time to time.
• Take on special projects as needed

Pay: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour
