Marketing Operations Manager, Testing and Capabilities
INTERNAL Business title: Manager, Network Experimentation
LOCATION: Atlanta
KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Manages local tests in coordination with the Global Experimentation platform and re-apply learnings from other OUs
Works collaboratively with global category team to bring new capability opportunities to North America OU Marketing Organization
Focuses on both short-term (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) North America OU Marketing capability and experimentation initiatives, interacting with global marketing team
Communicates key learnings and initiatives written and verbally to key stakeholders across NAOU and TCCC.?
Collaborate with Marketing Operations team on ad hoc project opportunities
Partner with Marketing Operations team on improving ways of working across key processes, including system routines and prioritization initiatives
Manage relationships with agency partners to perform media and sustainability testing through Experimentation at Scale program
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience:
5+ years of consumer/shopper/customer marketing experience and/or capability building experience.? General Management skills strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree
