We are looking for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a school district located in Southwest Houston starting in August 2022 until the end of the academic school year (end of May 2023).
This is an excellent opportunity with a great district! If you are ready to join a collaborative, integrated therapy team, this is the position for you! Requirements:
Master’s Degree from an ASHA accredited university TX State Licensure or eligibility for State License ASHA CCC or CF Experience working with students K – 12 is a plus! Job Responsibilities include:
Evaluate/Re-evaluate as appropriate Oversee and attend ARD meetings Develop and update therapy goals as needed Monitor and provide group and individual therapy as recommended Collaborate with other public school specialists Create and explain home programs for parents to carryover communication skills.
