General Responsibilities:
The Corporate Services Representative (CSR) serves as a liaison between our Pittsburgh office and our corporate office. The CSR is responsible for corporate functions between local staff and the corporate office, including Human Resources, Accounting, and Health & Safety. This position also requires that you coordinate invoicing and collection efforts for the office and have client contact and followup. The CSR performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature in an office setting. The CSR may format, review, and produce a variety of correspondence, technical reports, and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets. The position requires that you be proficient in the Microsoft suite of software, particularly Word and Excel, as well as in PDF-Xchange Pro. The position is responsible for answering telephone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and coordinating related arrangements. The CSR purchases office supplies, manages office mailings, and assists with Fleet management.
