Are you a quick learner with a keen eye for detail? Experienced in high volume recruiting for health care or the non-profit field? We are looking for an innovative recruiter experienced in non-traditional sourcing methods who can grow with us!

· A quick learner with the ability to accurately screen candidates for our TERI family

A typical day for our Talent Acquisition Specialist includes:

· Full cycle recruiting

· Developing and posting job ads, including sourcing and screening candidates

· Conducting on-site and virtual interviews

· Tracking and managing candidates through multiple data platforms

· Positive communication with hiring teams

· Maintaining and building relationships with community partners

· Advocating for our clients’ best interests

· Coordinating and participating in Hiring Events

What you’ll need to be successful:

· Knowledge of ADP

· Positive attitude and excellent communicator

· Minimum 1-2 years recruiting experience in the non-profit / medical field

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, AA or BA preferred.

· Acceptable criminal background check and must receive a negative marijuana/drug screen.

We would love it if you:

· Had a minimum 2-3 years recruiting experience in the non-profit / medical field

· Had experience recruiting using social media platforms

· Want to join an exciting and innovative organization that’s growing

Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 / hour

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm
