Organization & Role

This position is for a Hardware Engineer to design analog and digital test instrumentation for Teradyne’s Defense and Aerospace business unit. This role is located in North Reading, MA and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• PCB design including high-level design, component selection, schematic capture, and artwork

• Working together in cross-functional teams

• Signal integrity analysis and simulation

• Prototyping and initial bring up and debug of new products

• Design verification planning and execution

• Signal verification and characterization

• Developing design documentation

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Strong circuit characterization, verification, and debug skills

• Minimal rework capabilities

• C/C++ experience

• Team oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Applicable Teradyne or similar co-op experience preferred

Education

• BSEE or MSEE of Electrical or Computer Engineering
