Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)
TVA is transforming it’s talent acquisition function and we are looking for a team member to help us connect talent to our business imperatives of today, and tomorrow!
This position partners with the business to:
*The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume and procedural-driven environment. Main responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers on talent planning needs, sourcing applicants, implementing diverse recruiting strategies, and moving talent through the hiring process.
*Assessment will be required for candidacy

Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years) preferred
