Job Purpose
Manage and support the main office area of Residential Life.

Essential Functions
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office including: supervision of 1-2 student workers, working with the campus tour program, processing department deposits, web site support, office supply purchasing/management, process department mail, coordinate student conduct process, staff calendar, and classroom scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. One year general office experience or combination of education and experience. Customer service experience with a positive attitude. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, parents, and the general public. Basic computer knowledge and experience with various office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work with a diverse population; handling a variety of questions and concerns. Must possess good organizational skills and have the ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications
General knowledge of Banner and Star-Rez programs. Supervisory Experience.
Work Hours
Typical hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with an hour for lunch.
Salary
Commensurate with education and experience; Clerical & Support Skil Level 4.
