TEKsystems Hiring for Voice Engineer Job at Charlotte, NC Full Time

We have a client that is in the Charlotte metro area that is looking to hire an experienced Voice Engineer to their team on a contract to hire basis.

This individual would be responsible for day to day suppot of the telecommunications systems and infrastruThicture. This would include:

• Cisco Call Manager Administration
• Manage related voice applications
• Facilitate with Telecom Vendors
• Manage access control systems
• Cabling

Candidates should have previous experience administering Cisco Call Manager in a professional setting. Ideally this person will have experience with QOS troubleshooting as well as experience with SIP Trunking.

This is a contract to hire scenario. Work must be done ONSITE- this is not a remote nor a hybrid role.
