Description:
This position is open due to the increased volume of service calls. Out client currently receives and average of 22,000 service calls a month. By having this technician in place, they will be able to help provide support to customers and allow technicians to be more efficient in the field by not having to travel to each home for every technical issue.
Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated individual looking to grow their knowledge and experience in the physical security industry. They are looking for a service technician to provide tech support for existing residential customers through out the BAWA region. The Service technician will provide tier 2 support, provide virtual phone assistance to customers to help them trouble shoot their security systems. If they have exhausted all avenues of trouble shooting Vintage will send a technician out to correct any issues. The technician will assess tickets, receive in coming calls from customers and prioritize challenges.
