Description:
This will be a a hybrid tier one role, that is primarily focused on phone support.
The majority of this work will be focused on tier 1 on-site phone support:
In this role candidates will be working on site at a one of three client locations. In this role the candidate will be responsible for:
- Mac OC and Windows troubleshooting
- Password resets
- Printer Set-up & installation
- Customer Support
- Basic Desktop Troubleshooting
- Documentation within the ticketing system
- Escalation, as needed
In this role training and white pages will be provided to assist the candidate with end-user questions and issues
The other function of the role, AS NEEDED, (likely less than 25% of role) will be Assisting with Chrome Book collection, Power washing Chrome Books, reimaging, disinfecting them, tracking Chrome Book inventory an redeploying Chrome Books.
Training and white pages will also be provided for this aspect of the role
Candidates must be willing to assist in both roles, as needed. The candidate may move back and forth between the two functions, or spend more time in one than another. Time spend in each function will depend on the need that day or that week by the client.
Candidate flexibility and eagerness to help the team is required for a successful placement.

This role is 100% on site. Hours are 7:30-4:30 or 8-5PM MST. Candidate will be expected to work at the client site, here in Albuquerque.
