Reports to: Tech Support Site Manager
Pay: $18-20/hourly (8-5)
Main function: The position consists of being first line of contact for installers, and some end-users, with technical issues and providing hardware and software technical support.
PRODUCT SUPPORT – This is NOT an IT Position.

We are a busy inbound call center. The main job is to take calls and assist over the phone.
Work Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (PST) or 8:30am-5:30pm (EST) depending on which office location you’re applying for.
