Creates adjusted invoices and preforms to facilitate payment, and post supplier credits to customer accounts in support of Credit operations for various internal groups and customers.
What You’ll Do:
Post supplier credits to customer accounts by GL, Cost or Profit center Manually transfer Accounts Receivable balances from one customer account to another
Reconciliation of customer purchase order to the invoice pricing for the Financial Service programs
Create end user invoices on behalf of the customer for the Financial Service programs
Create Proforma invoices for prepaid orders
Create consolidated invoices from multiple customer purchase orders
Create invoices for Warranty Repair residual balance, and various other invoice requests
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of one year of general accounting or office administrative duties.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Billing and or accounting practices and concepts.
Accounts Receivable Requires proficiency in Excel and Word processing skills Intermediate skill in operating a personal computer utilizing Microsoft office products and navigating through systems and tools.
Good Math skills Skill in simultaneously managing multiple projects with conflicting and over lapping timeframes, deliverables and expectations.
Ability to apply judgment Skill in providing customer service Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, internal and external customers.
Good organizational skills Good time management skills Good verbal and written communication skills.
