Requirements
Plans, develops, documents, and implements training programs for internal individuals and groups in the use of the enterprise content management system (ECMS).
In coordination with Customer Systems department, plans, organizes, and executes user acceptance testing of new features, improvements, bug fixes, or other development projects involving the enterprise content management system, its databases, and its output to the website, emails, and content feeds, or any customer-facing Editorial products.
Provides technical support to users of the enterprise content management system individually and as part of response groups as directed, e.g. the Alfresco Help email group.
In coordination with Editorial management and Customer Systems, builds, tests, and deploys enterprise content management system workflows using available tools (e.g. Flowable).
In coordination with Editorial management and the Customer Systems team, devises and implements technological solutions for editorial objectives and interdepartmental initiatives, particularly regarding the enterprise content management system.
