ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a key role in Talon.One’s small but ambitious team in the US. As an HR Manager, you will be wearing many hats. You will take full ownership of the People Operations topics on your side of the Atlantic as well as partner with our Sales leadership team of seven in the US and EMEA region. You will support them by offering guidance on talent- and performance management, employee relations, maintaining high productivity and engagement, and identify the training and coaching opportunities for them and their team members.
