Global Leader in Research, Development and Manufacturing of Energy Management Solutions based in Union County is seeking a Software Technical Support Specialist. Focus will be working with Metering Equipment/Saas Platform. The company has decades of rich experience in energy management, the team has the technological expertise to deliver flexible solutions for customer applications worldwide.

Position Overview

We are looking to add a SaaS Customer Success Manager who will provide expertise in resolving customer service issues and completing projects for Company’s Professional Services and Billing Services Groups. Responsibilities includes serving as frontline to support our SAAS offering of Expertpower and partner with our projects and billing teams to maintain projects. You will work closely with customers and partner with many groups within the company including software development, project management and our sales staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor”s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience is

acceptable

• Experience with the following:

o Cybersecurity

o SSL Protocol – what it is and how it works

o Device peripherals – for example, router, switch, hub, and modems including their differences

o Active Directories

o VPN

o Diagnosing & Troubleshooting TCP Networks

o SQL servers and queries

o Connections

• Serial connection types; RS232 and 485
• Ethernet
• Wi-Fi
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering/Electrician disciplines around the application of equipment and energy

management. Voltage, Current, kWh, kw associated with building/site consumption.

• 5+ years” experience assisting with the implementation of enterprise solutions is desired.
• Strong organizational skills to be able to work on different tasks at the same time.
• Proven experience and proficiency in troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate project status and risk to manage expectations across internal

and external stakeholders

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Capable of working independently and with project teams when necessary.
• Electric Utility experience or Building Management System experience is a plus.
• Occasional travel could be possible but not mandatory
• Reporting into Union, NJ office is preferred but dependent on candidate remote work may be acceptable

Responsibilities

• Cultivate the successful adoption and onboarding of the company Expertpower platform at key organizations in

various markets to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings. ‘Own the

customer’ as the single point of contact, defining a success plan with deliverables, and ensuring clear

communication across all activities of the customers” post-sale journey. Be consultative and build in-depth

relationships and a complete understanding of their business goals and objectives.

• Directly manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field incoming support requests via telephone and e-mail in a courteous and professional manner.
• Contribute to analyzing customer processes and presenting improvements to engineering.
• Record, track, and document problem-solving process, including all decisions made, and actions taken, through

to final resolution.

• Use remote access tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
