Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Human Resources (HR), the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead (TASL) is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, engage, and hire talent. The TASL will work closely with department management, HR management, and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team to successfully execute both short and long-term strategic staffing priorities.
· Demonstrated ability to network and establish professional relationships with internal and external customers
· Comfortable with a variety of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
· Ability to devise creative solutions for difficult challenges in sourcing, recruiting and closing top talent
· Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data to develop and refine a strategic recruiting campaign
· Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite and other sourcing tools, including social media and job boards, and with Talent Acquisition Software and database management
· A steward of ethical behavior who actively supports a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture
· Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a sharp attention to detail
· Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to quickly learn new software
· Knowledge of employment laws, rules, and regulations, including civil service hiring rules
· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
· Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
