Branch Recruiter
SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mortgage recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, branch finance models, and hiring practices. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives by meeting with managers & execs to discuss needs
- Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Cold call candidates to determine applicant qualifications by building relationships, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and bringing candidates to corporate for acquisition consideration
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in a recruiting or sales position
- A self-motivator, eager to learn and grow
- A team player, must be able to work with people
- A fast learner, able to learn processes & benefits in a short time
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
- Knowledgeable within ATS or CRM software
