Our organization is looking for someone who is sharp, passionate, & creative to join our team. We are seeking a sales and reservation agent with fantastic people skills to help promote our wonderful tours and take care of our guests.

If you have been thinking about a career in the exciting international travel industry, this is a great opportunity to join our organization. We are a small team, so you may be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including (but not limited to):

• Establish and maintain relationships with new clients in B2B/B2C channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to efficiently achieve sales goals.
• Professional written, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Reply to guest inquiries and handle reservations with care and attentiveness.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and relay customer sentiment to marketing team

• Bilingual (Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Chinese-speaking) abilities are a plus.
• Work with team members on planning and executing marketing strategies.
• Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Specific experience in one area is not a firm requirement, but we do seek smart, hardworking individuals who have potential to join us as long-term team members for future expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour

• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
