Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company is a locally owned family business that manufactures fire equipment and emergency vehicles to help communities save lives.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting entry-mid-level IT professional to assist in covering all our divisions.

Overview

Works within IT Department supporting and assisting the IT Director.

Responsibilities

• Server room, End User, and other tech equipment updates, installations, and troubleshooting
• System Administration
• Knowledge of CAD software to create designs and drawings is preferred, but not required
• Work with all employees to expand their knowledge of computer systems
• Help with computer security and keep current in all electronic security issues
• Performs other assignments under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management is preferred but not required
• Proficient experience and training in hardware and software installations, updating systems, and troubleshooting techniques are required.
• Customer Service experience of 1+ year is desired
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Must be well organized
• Personable
• Knowledge of software like SQL, Syteline, V- Mux, SAP, CRM, ERP programs is a plus.
• Team player
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
• Experience in Fire Fighting preferred, but not required
• Candidate must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical agility test

Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $20-$24/ hour DOE
