Role as the Patient Concierge:

• Greet visitors and patients entering the practice with a smile!
• Focus on ensuring every patient has a great experience starting with the phone call
• Oversee both the dentist and hygiene schedules
• Communicate with patients financial options and insurance benefit coordination
• Follow-up with patients that have outstanding treatment in both doctor and hygiene schedule
• Make financial arrangements and any insurance benefits coordination

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year(s) relevant experience in the dental profession

Dental experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
