Stoughton Parts Sales, LLC Looking for Inside Technical Sales Full Time

Essential Functions:

• Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries on trailer components
• Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
• Order Management: Enter customer orders, answer technical questions, resolve discrepancies & generates sales quotations
• Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to Company policy.
• Maintain good attendance. Attend scheduled work hours on a regular and timely basis.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

• Experience with Microsoft Office software primarily word & excel
• Must be able to perform each essential function and responsibilities of the job satisfactorily in accordance with Company productivity and quality requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing 0 – 5% of the time.
• Walking 5 – 10% of the time.
• Sitting 60- 80% of the time.
• Reaching, pushing, pulling 0 – 5% of the time.
• Arm, wrist, hand, finger movement 40 – 60% of the time.
• Bending and twisting neck and trunk 0 – 2% of the time.
• Hearing requirements include the ability to hear all verbal communication.
• Ability to verbally communicate.
• Requires light physical effort, such as lifting and/or moving 5 pounds or less, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
