In this challenging and rewarding position, you will make key contributions towards enhancing our Workforce Analytics
capabilities. If you possess a strong capability to transform raw data into meaningful datasets, presentations, and dashboard visualizations
for leaders to make data driven decision this may be the right opportunity for you. Experience with and/or a passion to learn how to produce
effective people and workforce analytics is also a big plus for this opportunity.
Under minimal supervision, perform advanced project
and analytical work in a wide range of business intelligence activities that to build/enhance capabilities which ensure the uniformity,
accuracy, usefulness, and semantic consistency of people/workforce data. Applying effective data management, security, stewardship, and
governance processes are keys to success with this work.
