Stanford University has an immediate opening for a Director of Disability Advising in the Office of Accessible Education (OAE). This
position will be in the Division of Student Affairs, which supports many student experiences outside the classroom in
our residences, community centers, student organizations, health center, career education center, and more.
The mission of the Office
of Accessible Education (OAE) is to promote an accessible and inclusive environment for all students with disabilities. Through both
academic and housing accommodations, we work to mitigate physical and attitudinal barriers that students might face. We are dedicated to
supporting students with disabilities to give them the opportunity to perform at their highest academic potential. We also strive to promote
the inclusive environment they need to experience full membership in our diverse Stanford community.
The Office of Accessible
Education is a department within the division of Student Affairs which centers its work on case-by-case accommodation determinations and
programmatic development for furthering accessibility and inclusion across the campus. This person will provide strategy, vision and
direction regarding issues and objectives impacting disability advising services offered by the Office of Accessible Education; in addition,
this role manages the work of other employees, including managers. The position will report to Executive Director, OAE.

The expected pay
range for this position is $121,000 to $136,000 per annum.

estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based
on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate,
departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
