Stanford Seed of the Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks an Associate Director of Network Programs and Partnerships. The Associate Director will support strategy and drive programming and engagement with Stanford Seedâs entrepreneur alumni, managing several strategic areas of focus designed to support the transformation and growth of these entrepreneurs across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. The Associate Director also will also support Seedâs external collaboration strategy, by seeking and managing relationships with organizations and institutions which can support Seedâs mission.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to think strategically, develop programming, launch new initiatives and work closely with a global team that strives to leverage the power of Stanford to have an impact in emerging economies. The role will report to Seedâs Director of Global Partnerships, and work closely with several teams across the GSB, as well as with Seed staff in the U.S. and across Africa and South Asia. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a mission-driven and dynamic global group of teams and individuals.
This position will be hybrid with a minimum of two days onsite per week.

Bachelor’s degree and five years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
Advanced degree.
The expected pay range for this position is $69,000 – $141,000 per annum.
