POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization. This position is responsible for personnel administration, employee relations, benefits administration, workforce planning, and performance management in compliance with all Federal and State Law employment practices. Responsible for staffing, recruitment, hiring/interviewing processes, follow-up and maintenance of related documentation. Reports directly to Executive Director.
