This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the operations team to focus on our clients and the continued growth of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Security Industry experience preferred, but not required
• Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Track Tick or WinTeam
• Desire to obtain long-term employment

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

• Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
• Savvy customer service to include excellent communication both verbal and written
• Strong follow-through
• Good-natured, positive attitude
• Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones & greet clients in a friendly, positive and warm manner
• Be the 1st point of contact for applicants, employees and clients
• Review resumes and set up interviews.
• Confirm timekeeping and prepare payroll adjustments as necessary for a weekly payroll.
• Maintain office supplies and out-going correspondence
• Assist employees with issues and concerns
• Database management

• Assist with employee inquiries regarding their paychecks
• Maintain office filing system; both paper and electronic
• Complete & process new employee applications
• Other industry-specific tasks as needed
