• Applicant must be 18 years or older to meet state requirements.
• CDA or other Early Childhood Education experience.
• Maintain a positive, Christian world-view attitude in the classroom.
• Constructive and nurturing rapport with children and families.
• Create educational activities for three/four year old students.
• Provide and plan daily instruction per the Splash Into Pre-K Curriculum.
• Help manage day-to-day activities, including free play, structured lessons, bathroom breaks, outside play, meal times, and rest periods.
• Report directly to Director with any questions or concerns.
• Complete monthly newsletters and twice-yearly student progress reports.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the classroom and assiged areas.
• Participate in family engagement activities.
• Continue education in the early childhood education field, per trainings.
• Group leader in the summer camp program (swimming, field trips, etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Must pass background, CPS check, fingerprinting and other mandated requirements.

Pay: $15.50 – $16.50 per hour
