Spyder Auto Hiring for IT Technician Job at Industry, CA Full Time

Position Summary:

Responsible for a variety of key IT functions under the direction of the IT Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follow established procedures in assisting with the delivery, tagging, and configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user printer, e-mail, internet, local area network access, SAGE ERP System, Starship, RF scanner, WiFi, DVR and other software/hardware related problems.
• Perform minor repairs for workstation hardware and equipment that is not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements. Coordinate repair/replacement of workstation hardware covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of network equipment, including network cables, switches and routers. Assist with network troubleshooting.
• Support and assist with the implementation of new IT system and network security policies.
• Perform independent research on various software and hardware issues, and provide acceptable solutions to address the issues.
• Ability to translate processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that can be easily followed by the end-user.
• Provide training to end-users on new/existing processes, software, hardware and SOP’s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
