As a Sports Marketing Associate – Financial Processes, you will be responsible for managing the Athlete Credit Card Program across all sports categories. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the athlete experience foundations of the NB S.M.A.R.T. system for all contractual payments for Sports Marketing Athlete and Partnerships.
Manage and evolve the S.M.A.R.T. system process and Athlete Credit Card merchandise program.
Ensure all NB Athletes and partners have fully executed contracts stored in SMART as well as a shared location with the legal team
Updating functionality of the system to make it centralized data storage space for all categories
Work with each Sports category as well as agencies to ensure all payments are made on time each month
Assist Sports Marketing Operations Associate manager on key initiatives
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
Efficiency of Managing S.M.A.R.T. process and Athlete Credit Card Program
Evolution of S.M.A.R.T. through athlete story tracking/ cataloging feature and road map for evolution of Athlete Credit Card program (Athlete-specific site)
Contract payment efficiency
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
4 years relevant experience, preferably including contract administration and athlete servicing
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Project Management skills required
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
Ability to work effectively high growth rapidly changing environment.
