This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite and 2 days from home) that will sit out of Earth City, MO orMiddleton, WI.
Job Summary
The Manager of Accounts Receivable Claims will be responsible for leading a large team to effectively manage and process customer claims, perform root-cause analysis, and lead recovery efforts. This person will also oversee process improvements and collaborate with divisional resources to maximize the recovery of disputed claims. This role is responsible for providing training, coaching, and guiding the claims teams while enforcing claims policies and procedures.
This role requires a strong credit / claims professional who has a good understanding of finance, order to cash process, partners across business functions, improves front end execution, and builds strong relationships allowing for the resolution of issues collaboratively and ensuring that both internal and external customer goals are achieved.
