As a Spartan Regional Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the company strategy that drives outstanding customer experience and delivers sales growth. You will develop your relationship with Spartan’s distribution partners, our corporate accounts team and the customers who utilize our products to keep their facilities safe and healthy.
You will report to the Northeast Divisional Manager and work remotely in the Maryland, Delaware, and Northern Virginia markets via your home office.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve your growth goals as defined in the company’s performance standards
· Establish relationships with your distributors to build strategic partnerships
· Secure your “must retain” accounts by successfully supporting these relationships
· Create and implement a new business development plan to ensure sales goals are met
· Analyze the Region’s performance metrics, adjust and adapt to changing conditions
Qualifications
· Documented success acquiring and maintaining outside B2B clients over 4+ years
· Proven sales process, prospecting, consultative selling, and closing skills
· Possess professional written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent presentation, demonstration, objection management and negotiation skills
· Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and MS Office
· Valid drivers license, clean driving record, ability to travel daily through the assigned region
