HR Assitant | Job Description
We are a mid-size company looking for an experienced and efficient HR Assistant to support the company on HR-related duties and partner with the Director of Operations to oversee the HR department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experience Human Resources Assistant to undertake various HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees’ records and supporting the interview and recruiting process. In addition, your role involves performing tasks focused on growing our company’s talent pipeline, improving our sourcing tactics, and assisting managers in implementing company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. He | She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with HR laws, practices, and tools. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
