SUMMARY:
The Academic Success Coordinator for the School of Pharmacy serves as the primary point of intervention for at-risk
students in the program. In collaboration with the SUSOP Persistence Committee, the Academic Success Coordinator will assess at-risk
students as well as design and implement academic performance and/or remediation plans to positively impact student retention in the
program. Additional responsibilities include the development and implementation of longitudinal professional competency programs in the
curriculum with the assistance of the School’s Curriculum Committee.

must be able to travel out of the local area occasionally on an overnight basis as required to complete required job functions or to
participate in a variety of conferences and meetings.
