South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) seeks highly motivated and qualified candidates for the position Human Resource Consultant – Benefits/Leave Administration & Absence Management.
The Human Resource Consultant – Benefits/Leave Administration & Absence Management reports directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Exercising discretion and independent judgment, the Human Resource Consultant directs the administration of employee benefits, protected leave programs, and the college’s absence management functions consistent with Washington State Law, Washington Administrative Code, college policies, procedures and established guidelines as it relates to benefits and absence management. This is an exempt, professional-technical, non-administrative position.
