Job Description:
· The Sourcing Manager will partner with the Technology and Marketing Sourcing teams, in leading market research, supplier & contract negotiations, deliver on cost reductions, supplier utilization and consolidation, supplier oversight, and manage/mitigate supplier and business risks. The Contractor will also be responsible for executing the sourcing and supplier risk management processes, ensuring supplier compliance during on-boarding and renewal time periods and finalizing the contractual agreements of assigned suppliers. In this role, the Contractor will deliver bottom line savings to the business, manage and mitigate supplier and business risks, and work closely with Technology and Marketing Sourcing Commodity Leaders and business teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
Sourcing Support

• Conduct RFPs, vendor research and identification, benchmarking, qualification and competitive analysis of required products and services.
• Regularly meet with functional business owners across lines of businesses (LOBs) and/or VP Sourcing Commodity Leaders to provide guidance and direction to functional teams with strong process responsibility to develop comprehensive plan to execute contracts to meet the business needs (i.e. examine data regarding cost and availability of materials and services needed to complete projects).
• Oversight of supplier compliance with regulatory and reputational requirements throughout all stages of the sourcing process.
• Conduct and assist with RFP’s, vendor research and identification, qualification and competitive analysis of required products and services.
• Utilize competitive tools and industry market analysis to leverage competition and drive cost reductions and efficiency across Technology and Marketing; Liaise with Technology and Marketing stakeholders to identify ROI
• Ensure sourcing process integrity for the Technology and Marketing categories & suppliers Contractor has responsibility for.
• Execution on cost reduction targets, supplier consolidation and utilization, partnership with the respective functions to drive sourcing strategies across the functions.
• Develop comprehensive supplier / buyer contractual relationships to meet the business needs and leverage professional expertise with Legal and business owners to negotiate and draft commercial agreements with appropriate business protections, supplier performance metrics and productivity optimization.
• Partner with Supplier Management teams to ensure alignment with Procurement strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects, as assigned.

Services deliverables shall include, but are not limited to the following;

• RFx materials and selection analysis
• Market & supplier research & analysis
• Spend analysis
• Negotiated contracts (Master Service Agreements, License Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.) that are to be reviewed with the appropriate Customer personnel prior to execution (Contract Approval Requests (CAR) meetings), CAR documents
• All MetricStream (Supplier Risk Management tool) related assessments and inputs required by Sourcing personnel
• Project management updates on specific projects and associated timelines
• Ad hoc reporting as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably in financial services (i.e. Collections, Operations, Customer Service or Risk Management)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Sourcing (including but not limited to contract negotiations, supply chain management, supplier management, and/or logistics) with a proven track record for strong execution

• Experience using the following tools or equivalent: Oracle eProcurement and contract database; Scout for RFx events, Spend HQ for spend analytics; Metricstream for third party risk; Adobe e-sign for electronic signatures
• Experience working with reporting and analytics systems (Tableau, SAS, or comparable software)
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Must have proven strong facilitation skills and experience delivering presentations
• Must have proven quantitative and analytical skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
