I am looking to hire a sales and marketing associate to work in Middlebury, Vermont. I own the local State Farm insurance agency and I am looking to hire immediately. An ideal candidate would be someone that is looking to start their career. There are several opportunities for advancement and this position can open many doors in the corporate world. The positions is a mix of sales and service with an emphasis on sales. Customer services skills and computer skills are essential. You must be able to pass several state tests that allow you to sell insurance in the state of Vermont and New York. This is not a pyramid scheme sales job that you may have seen out there that over promises and under delivers. This is a locally owned company that is looking to hire a business professional that wants to learn about small business ownership, sales, marketing, management, communication, training, customer service, and social networking.
