Sonoran Prevention Works is a statewide nonprofit organization that centers harm reduction in Arizona through participant-driven advocacy, education, and outreach. SPW takes a systems-based and person-first approach to drug use, working to support individuals in achieving safety and support, provide technical support to organizations who interface with people who use drugs, and change local and state-level policy to embrace evidence-based changes. SPW currently maintains a staff of over 25 employees in 5 counties, with a budget exceeding $2 million.
Position
Sonoran Prevention Works’ Operations and Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions and duties, which includes hiring processes, benefits administration, personnel policies, and disciplinary and grievance processes. This position will also support administrative and operations staff. Regular responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Human Resources (60%)
Data, Program Evaluation, and Quality Assurance (10%)
