Job Summary

Somerset Community College invites applications for a Public Relations Coordinator.
This position produces printed/digital materials, writes press releases, and assists in promoting events using various media sources.

Job Duties:
* Designs marketing materials for distribution.
* Writes press releases and facilitates
distribution to the media.
* Supports relationships with news media.
* Assists in tracking media coverage.
* Assists with internal
and external marketing campaigns, projects and events.
* Creates content and assist in managing social media channels.
* Updates
announcements and events on website, TV displays and outdoor digital signage.
* Coordinates and ensures the accuracy of college-wide
print jobs (branding).
* Assists with photography of college-wide events.
* Maintains photography library.
* Assists with
videography across college events.
* Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
and two years related experience, or equivalent. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft products is preferred.
