Essential Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of practice marketing which may include, though not be limited to:
Digital – Working with the digital marketing agency used to oversee SEO, Pay per click (PPC), Social Media Marketing, website design and other online objectives to maximize lead counts and results.
Social – Collecting or working with the team to collect high-quality social media content (treatment and surgery videos, team content, photography and more). You must understand and love social media to work win this environment, plus believe in the power of plastic surgery and aesthetics to better the lives of patients.
Events – create, oversee, and manage results of all marketing events (lunch and learns, wine and cheese, annual party, charitable events, etc.). This includes planning, set-up, break down, marketing materials, email blasts, budgeting and metric tracking to determine results and outcomes.
Print – work with and develop any necessary materials for print marketing (brochures, leaving pieces, specials and offers, magazine or other ads, etc.)
Email Marketing – oversee digital team to create and execute regular email marketing pieces
Data and Metrics – the winning candidate will have a strong results focus. While creativity in design and execution is required, you will be responsible for tracking results, using EMR/CRMs like Nextech to compile data, and deliver recommendations based on compiled data. Excellence in math, report creation, and interpretation are required.
Products and Services – research and recommend appropriate cutting edge technologies, treatments, and services, and manage vendor relationships.
Develop pricing strategies along with the consulting firm to maximize margin while keeping excellent service standards.
Miscellaneous
Whatever it takes within ethical bounds to support the team and be a positive role model and team player.
Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
Consult with leadership personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies.
Coordinate or participate in promotional activities and events, working with all levels of employees of the practice, to market products or services.
Consult with practice personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
