Human Resources Coordinator
Silver Birch Living is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Central HR Team.
Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and ensure data hygiene of the Learning Management System (Relias) including user management, course management, and training plan management
• Review the Applicant Tracking System to ensure job postings are accurate
• Post jobs utilizing Indeed and other career sites
• Prepare reports from both Relias and ATS
• Maintain company contact list and liaise with IT provider on address books and distribution lists
• Maintain employee driver information including semi-annual compliance
• Coordinate systems for new hires including email/network access and other company systems
• Assist with leave tracking and reporting
• Assist with HR projects
• Provide additional support to the HR team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
• One (1) or more years of experience in an administrative role, HR focus preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external contacts
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web proficiency
• Ability to travel up to 2 times per month, including overnight travel
