Sienna Systems (“Sienna”) is looking for a Tier 1 Lead Service Desk Specialist to utilize ITIL to provide desktop and peripheral services for a large Federal Data Center program. You will work directly with the management to perform these efforts. We are looking for a candidate with the right experience and excellent communication skills.
