Sienna Systems Hiring for Tier 1 Lead Service Desk Specialist Job at San Antonio, TX Full Time

Sienna Systems (“Sienna”) is looking for a Tier 1 Lead Service Desk Specialist to utilize ITIL to provide desktop and peripheral services for a large Federal Data Center program. You will work directly with the management to perform these efforts. We are looking for a candidate with the right experience and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

As part of an enterprise Team (approx. 40 members), provide a wide variety of services including:

• Oversee Service Desk staff
• Configure hardware, OS, and other platform specifications
• Provide assistance and oversight for all information systems operations activities, including computer configuration, operations, data entry, data control, LAN/MAN/WAN administration and operations support
• Monitor and respond to hardware, software, and wired/wireless network problems through routine testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities
• Support a variety of IT systems and deploy commercial of the shelf (COTS) and Government off the shelf (GOTS) technologies including Microsoft, Linux, networking
• Utilize ticketing system to detail, track, and respond to customers
• Follow defined policies/procedures for responding to requests
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years’ supervisory experience
• Security+ required (or other IAT II)
• Must have DoD Secret clearance
