Job Details:
Primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain Service Level Agreements(SLA) for internal and external IT Service Providers, as a part of Performance Management.
Service Level Agreements
Contract invoicing and billing
Maintains accurate and current contract information
Maintains contract file information and/or enter contract data into contract management databases.
