Credit Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Perform data updates to critical systems ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Work with customer , sales, and management
• Learn, understand, and administer Credit Policies
• Respond to requests for credit information on existing or past accounts in a timely fashion
• Answer designated phone lines from Sales, Customer and Customer service.
• Process Credit Cards for orders.
• Release orders in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• Must be a team player, ability to work in a fast passed environment, maintain a professional attitude while handling and resolving customer concerns.
• Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time.
• Must process basic financial software’s spreading skills, business communication skills such as writing, listening and have basic office and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• High School. College Degree/Accounting preferable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
