Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Requirements, Verification and Interfaces Manager 2 for the Sentinel Program’s Support and Training Segment. This leadership role is located in Roy, Utah. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
What you will get to do:
This individual’s role will focus on providing segment-wide guidance on the development of requirements, interfaces, and verification activities for the support equipment used to maintain the deployment and operational capability of the Sentinel Missile system. This individual will serve as a critical interface point between systems engineers operating at the highest, weapon-system level, and those working on the design and test of individual pieces of support equipment.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to play a part in one of Northrop Grumman’s keystone programs, the Sentinel InterContinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), a $13 Billion effort to modernize a key component of our nation’s defense. This role is required throughout the Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) phase of the Sentinel program which is expected to last through CY2028. The individual will play a key role in all phases of support equipment lifecycle, beginning with requirements decomposition and lasting through the handoff of requirements verification testing to the integration and test engineers.
The ideal candidate for this management-level position will be a strong communicator, have an aptitude for leading teams, and possess demonstrated systems engineering expertise in the areas of both requirements and interface development.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
