Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Program Manager, Total Rewards
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: This position is remote for residents in one of the following states: Remote Candidates must have residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington State, West Virginia, Wyoming
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Position Summary:
Accountable for the recommendations of design, development, implementation and the administration of a competitive, cost-effective and comprehensive total rewards programs that support the goals and business objectives of Sentara Healthcare. Responsible monitoring of marketplace competitiveness, regulatory compliance, measuring of member satisfaction, and evaluation of vendor performance on all of these plans, programs and services.
Coordinates total rewards information between the COE and HR COEs and business lines to support business objectives. Works directly with Total Rewards Director and Total Rewards VP on strategy, metrics, vendor relationships, reporting and technology.
Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.

For Washington State: Compensation range for this position is : $96,480-$144,720

Job Summary

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others. Five to seven years of human resources, benefits or healthcare operations experience in addition to prior supervisory experience required.
Managerial Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
