Job Summary
As a Contract A.E. you will need to be a motivated and driven individual that values goal achievement. You will seek out and attract building owners and consultants by marketing and cold calling. You will work cross functionally to engineer an ideal solution for building owners, Property management and residents alike. Once you begin to attract interested parties you will deliver sales, technology, and access presentations to executive level clientele. Your sales process continues with contract negotiations. You will partner with our paralegal team to work through complex contract language until the contract is complete. During this stage you continue to be the face of the customer relationship and will keep your customer informed and supported during the process. Your negotiations will require a keen eye for fiscal responsibility which will balance business benefit (ROI), business growth, and competitive stance. After the sale has been completed, you work with cross functional partners to operationalize and implement the contractual deal points. This is part of your after sales service and imperative for positive customer experience
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Achieves and exceeds assigned sales and business quality objectives.
Secures new access and bulk agreements for cable, internet and voice services.
Maintains existing bulk accounts within privately owned multi-dwelling properties/communities in an assigned territory. Such as hotels apartments, condominiums, hospitals and universities.
Generates new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
Provides exemplary customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationships between customers and the Company.
Addresses complaints quickly including billing and service issues, provides prompt follow up and advises management of any situation outside position’s scope of authority.
Reviews all associated documentation for accuracy.
Reviews assigned territory to ensure all customers are contacted on a prescribed, periodic basis.
Assists in the preparation of project status reports; maintains accurate sales/service records and customer activity records.
Keeps current regarding developments within the industry. Monitors and evaluates competitive services and products.
Makes and delivers executive level presentations to Owner, Managers and Developers of multifamily properties.
Serves as a guide and mentor for fellow team members. Assists in the training of new Account Executives and cross functional training as needed.
Contributes to the development of the annual budget. Quantifies capital needed for business unit activities and operating expenses. Analyzes revenue projections to determine effect on cable systems and contracts.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
