$86,000- $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries face to face
• Provide presentation and information to new customers
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• High school diploma or equivalent; Some college is a plus
