Leads and provides support for Affinity Customer Service projects and new case implementations. Key initiatives include technology implementations for new and existing clients and plan design related projects. Assists and leads implementation/project while providing support, research or other tasks needed to help make the project/implementation successful. Works directly with Affinity Customer Service Group/FIG clients, division partners, management to accomplish project deliverables. Assists in driving process improvement through leading project teams and identifying resources to create requirements.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Provides project management support for client changes, departmental initiatives, new products, markets, system enhancements, client reporting, marketing campaigns, and improving business practices and results.

• Leads and provides support to gather requirements.
• Assists with new client system set up.
• Assists marketing with coordinating new campaigns.
• Helps to create training/reference materials.
• Collaborates with Forms Management.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.

  Provides support to internal and external partners for administrative functions such as managing Third Party Administration relationships, and unclaimed property administration. Understands administrative requirements for each client/partner to ensure service meets expectations.

• Serves as primary contact with Compliance.
• Performs required research.
• Provides reporting and reconciliation.
• Updates system records.
• Monitors customer service standard results.

  Manages self-development to prepare for new responsibilities in a changing environment.

  Qualifications:
  

• Oral and written communication skills to convey accurate and complex information to clients and insureds.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively brainstorm ideas and come up with creative solutions to meet client needs and monitor reporting results.
• Ability to research situations and make quality decisions with minimal direction.
• Partner with other areas to accomplish goals within designated timelines.
• Organization and planning skills to prioritize work and adjust to ongoing changes in systems and/or procedures.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in creating system records, researching account problems and performing detailed calculations.
• Time management skills and attention to detail to accurately process a high volume of workload in a tight turnaround environment.
• Positive team attitude and willingness to assist the team whenever needed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with associates and external clients.
• Organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.

  Physical Job Requirements:
  

• Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day. (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
