We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our healthcare client for a Senior HR Consultant in Clyde, NC.

Responsibilities:

• This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all positions for the hospital and various physician practices.
• Works closely with directors to determine needs, market the organization, assure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Highly visible position with potential for individual to eventually move to HR Director.
• Serves on committees and participates in organization-wide special projects.
• Opportunity to assess internal processes and make changes to improve processing time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or social science, or other HR related field
• 3 years’ experience in human resources
• 1 year recruiting and hiring experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups of staff from all levels of the organization
• Must be highly organized

Pay Range:

• The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
